Futures Treasures was a vision given to the founder Ayla Garcia-Riley. Futures Treasures is the foundation in creating business for individuals who desire to operate a healthcare entity. Futures Treasures is an organization that’s willing to help and support people who want to open a healthcare facility but may not know where to start.

Futures Treasures will guide you with creating a written plan. A plan which gives vision to what your company is trying to achieve. We specialize in custom made policy and procedure manuals, forms, templates and the start of the companies’ structure.

Futures Treasures also offers assistance with community resources.  Opportunities that connect people who may suffer from Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Major Depression, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective disorder, Homelessness, Medication Management and other mental health concerns.

We can help connect each person the proper organization to assist the client with meeting their basic needs. Futures Treasures is giving back to the community so this service is free of charge as it connects an individual person or family members to the necessary services that helps meet there need.

Ayla Garcia-Riley

Ayla Garcia-Riley has always had a mind of an Entrepreneur often times eager to help people in need. Over the years she has been able to learn the ins and outs about the mental health field as it relates to business, start up and being compliant with the federal and state regulations. Ayla has helped a number of small business owners develop, create and implement business structure by creating the foundation of the company’s rules and regulations for services. She has always been an open, free spirit and a servant of the most high, Jesus Christ. She was given a vision that will go forth and be seen.

Ayla Garcia-Riley a native of Richmond VA, is the Chief Executive Officer of Futures Treasures. She founded it in 2017 and successful developed during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Ayla graduated from the University of Phoenix with her Bachelors of Science in Health Administration. She later pursued her Masters of Science in Psychology. Prior to starting Futures Treasures Ayla has worked in the mental healthcare field for 12 plus years. Healthcare consulting is a passion she enjoys. She’s helped people from all walks of life and experiencing more gives her life. She’ll do her best to help those people who want to be helped. Ayla has worked in a number of group homes, day supports, adult day cares, mental health organizations helping others that have mental health, developmental disabilities and behavioral health diagnoses. Ayla started as a Direct Support Professional elevated Chief Executive Officer.

Samantha Williams

Office Manager

Samantha Williams is a native of Richmond, Virginia, serving as Administrative Assistant for Futures Treasures. Before stepping into this position, she began a career as a Personal Assistant working at an adult residential home. During her time as a Personal Assistant, she pursued and received a license in cosmetology for the state of Virginia. With much success in her role as a Personal Assistant, Samantha began training as the Office Manager. To gain more knowledge in her role as a manager and in-home personnel she dedicated time to pharmacology training to better aid staff and support individuals under her supervision. As a seasoned Administrative Assistant, she has accumulated over eight years of experience in the mental health field and four years in the Human Resources Department. A dedicated mental health professional and community advocate,Samantha would describe herself as a person with great integrity and interpersonal skills who strives for solutions in critical situations.Outside of work, Samantha has a passion for animal rescue, wildlife photography, cosmetology, and home improvement projects. Samantha also enjoys volunteering in the community working with sponsorships like NAMI Walks, EMT volunteer services, and Dialysis fundraisers. Currently, Samantha is working towards obtaining an AA at J. Sargeant Reynolds for Business Management and plans to transfer to complete her BA in Business Administration.
